I Lost My Wisdom
On Friday, I took work off to go get my wisdom taken out. AKA, my wisdom teeth. I wasn't too nervous for it and they were bothering me so I was ready for them to be gone. Dan got work off too and drove me to the dentist. They hooked me up to the I.V., then put a heart rate monitor and oxygyn tube on me. They told me we were going to play a little game where I try not to fall asleep. I began to feel cold liquid coming into my I.V., my head goes fuzzy, then next thing I know, I'm waking up! Dan was sure to catch everything on film. I felt great day one and two after the surgery but then things got pretty sore and painful day three, four, and five. The medication has started to make me nauseous even though I take it with food, and I have barely been able to sleep at night. So all those things added together, plus having to work on top of it, have made for a pretty miserable few days. Did everyone else feel like this too or am I just a whoose? Dan says the medication he took for his would knock him out so he slept through it. I have done the opposite. Anyway, I'm hoping I start feeling better by the weekend. And don't worry, All the videos are attached. I apologize in advanced for the bloody gauze... gross.
