Moving to Heaven on Earth

If you didn't notice from the title, Dan and I are taking a big step in our lives. Yep, we are MOVING!! Not only are we moving out of state, but out of the country! We are moving to the beautiful Grand Cayman Island. We could not be any more excited! So, let me just share the details of our move. We are going to be there temporarily. Six months to be exact. We leave in November and will return in May. We don't know where life will take us when we return but I'm excited for the unknown. The reason we are moving to the Cayman islands is because Dan and I both were accepted into an intern program. The program is through Del Sol/Cariloha. Del Sol is a bright and exciting retail store where everything inside changes colors. Cariloha is Del Sol's sister store where everything is made of bamboo. They have been doing the intern program for ever. I heard about this opportunity through my aunt and uncle. They were able to start in Grand Cayman then were asked to manage a store in Florida, then finished by opening a store in Maui. They loved the experience so much that Dan and I decided to give it a shot and put in an application. There are about 600 applicants every season so we feel so extremely blesses that we were chosen to go. I actually had applied a year ago with a friend. We didn't end up getting it and I was heart broken over it. About two weeks later... I met Dan. Let's just say I was grateful I didn't end up getting the internship at that time. Now I get to go out with my husband and have an amazing adventure with him! I will keep you updated on the move and can't wait to share this experience with you!
