This is my older sister Jestine. This picture is from when I had moved up to Logan. I meant to get a picture of us in Saint George, but totally spaced it! I need to be better at taking pictures. Definitely something I will work on.

Moving The Sis to Saint George
This weekend my sister moved down to Saint George where she has a cute new apartment and a new job. Dan and I went down with her and my parents to help out and spend some time with them. Our supposedly four hour drive down turned into about six. My dad had packed all of my sister's things in the bed of his truck and covered it with a tarp. As we had started heading down we noticed things didn't seem secure enough so we pulled over to get it fixed and were soon on the road again, or so we thought. The tarp was too loose in areas and was flapping in the wind causing it to rip so we pulled over again to fix the straps. We started back on our way to Saint George when we had to pull over once again. This time we stopped at a gas station to buy some tie downs to help the tarp hold together. Mind the fact that the tarp was what was holding all of my sister's things in so if the tarp ripped, out would fall all of her belongings. So you can see why my dad didn't want to take any chances. Luckily, the extra tie downs held the tarp together long enough to get the rest of the way to Saint George. We helped haul my sister's things into her place and headed to have a late afternoon lunch. It was a very short trip and lasted less then 24 hours because my parents had to be back Sunday afternoon the next day. We decided to spend our limited time there hanging out with some of my parents friends who lived down there. It was fun to see them and catch up. My father in law has a condo down there so we stayed the night and left the next morning, after stopping by for some breakfast at The Crépery. SO amazing! Though it was a short trip it was fun to spend time with the fam and get my sister all settled in.
