Happy Mothers Day!

This post is in honor of mothers day yesterday. So I get to talk all about my Mom and how amazing she is! First of all, any woman who was able to raise me to be a semi decent person, has to be someone who can work miracles. Not only that, but she has, and still is, raising eight crazy kids. Nine if you count my Dad haha. She has gone through so many up's and down's, the thick and thin, and everything in between. No other human in the world would be able to survive let alone succeed in the kind of life my mom has and is continuing to lead. She has gone through all the different difficulties that comes with foster care and adoption. She has had to say goodbye to countless foster children all the while keeping her head high and being strong for myself and my siblings. She is the most humble person I have ever met. When people ask her how she does it she tells them "If you had to, you would be able to do it too." She has always remained faithful and optimistic. Many of her children have mental illness, trauma, anxiety, and more. No mother should ever have to go through what my mom has gone through with her kids. Heck, no mom would even be capable to do what she has done. Not only is she an amazing person in that aspect, but she is the bestest friend (best friend? Most best friend? IDK) I have ever had. She is always such a party to be around and I have so many fond memories of times when we have laughed and talked together for hours. I look up to my mom so much and hope that I can be even half the mom she is someday.
